How to Get to a SharePoint Site Just like any other website, you will need a

URL to get to a SharePoint website. Type the URL in the address bar and hit

your Enter key. You may also click on a link that was sent

to you, via email, to access a SharePoint website.

If you are permitted to view this website, it will open for you.

Clicking on the Page tab displays the “ribbon” to be used for editing.

“View All Site Content” This is where you will view, add or

delete content.

“Site Settings” This is where you will make any changes in the way this site

was set up.

Click the down-arrows on the Site Actions

button

makes it easy to get back to the

home page.
