Summary

Contracting strategy

Minimise the number of interfaces to be managed by Aker BP.

Current preference is for total Engineering, Preparation, Removal and Disposal (EPRD) contracts.

Topsides and jackets removal may be separate contracts.

OVD and Hod may be separate contracts

Integration of EPRD work with cleaning and deactivation work is possible

Integration of EPRD work with P&A work is possible.

Work will be undertaken in accordance with Norwegian regulations.

Contract portfolio:

Existing TI&R FAs with Hereema and Allseas

EPRD call off awarded to Alleas for QP topsides removal in 2019

Additional TI&R FAs may be awarded

June‘17 – Jan’18: Review the procurement strategy (additional contracts, alternative to EPRD etc) for

OVD & Hod, may result in Screening and Pre-qualification of additional service providers
