Check your computer for an updated FLASH Player!

Have on hand any ear-bud/ear phones so that the speakers do not feed back into the microphones of your computer.

Log into Adobe Connect using a high-bandwidth connection/if you are not sure of bandwidth use an Ethernet cable, so that any video feed or communication does not freeze or timeout.
