1. Tap in center of page, select

tool, draw over text, click save.

Limitations to Annotating in GoodReader

Only PDFs can be annotated. Other document types (Microsoft Office, etc.) are Read-Only.

Some PDFs are scanned images. GoodReader cannot select text in images, so highlighting and underlining do

not work. These can be annotated using notes, arrows, symbols, and freehand drawing.
