• Readerboards and conference room signs are controlled by the same centralized software

The Annunciator• The system consists of:

– Large screen LCD readerboards (32”, 40”, 46”)

– Digital room signs (15”, 17”, 19”)– The system editor

• Event data can be imported from external sources (Delphi, etc.)

• Events and content can be changed on the fly

Dates and times of events can be loaded well in advance

The “Time Booking Start” field tells the room signs to display event data prior to the start time

Once an event has been created and saved it will automatically appear on the large screen event listing and on the appropriate room sign
