Flux for Silver Brazing Alloys

F200 550 ~ 850 Brazing temperature is from 650℃ to 850℃

F300 600 ~ 900 Brazing temperature is from 700℃ to 900℃

F10H 600 ~ 950 For high temperature brazing, induction brazing or heavy works

F10HB 600 ~ 1000 For more high temperature brazing, induction brazing.F10HB keeps effective for a longer time work.

F200H, F10H-8 500 ~ 850 For induction brazing. Little scattering while at bubbling temperature and no adhesion to induction coils.

F10D 350 ~ 700 For automatic feeding. (paste type flux)

F10SU 500 ~ 850 For base metal of stainless steel or nickel alloy.

F10B-3 600 ~ 900Brazing brass gives no change of color preventing from dezincing.

flux.◦F10B-5 has higher fluidity and lower dezincing than F10B-3.

▪Standard package : ◦Minimum 500g or 1kg. (depends on trade name.)

Procedure◦Dissolve 1kg of “Clean3”powder in 4 liters of hot water at temperature from 60℃ to 100℃.◦Required concentration and temperature of cleaning solution and soaking time depend on a kind of base metal and

trade number of flux.◦Soaking time is usually from 2 to 4 minutes.◦Cleaning solution can be used repeatedly until detergency decreased.◦Wash works with water or hot water after soaking, as cleaning solution Clean 3 is acid.◦Wear rubber gloves when cleaning. If Clean3 contacts skin, wash it away with water instantly.
