RSMI
Over Sixty Percent of the
pastors today, functioning in
that role in multiple nations,
have not been formally
equipped to fulfill their
positions.
As a matter of fact in some
nations such as Uganda,
this group has been estimated
to be as high as Eighty
Percent.
What is RSMI doing about this situation?

What is RSMI’s Vision? RSMI
It is Risen Scepter’s belief that all
things must be founded on the
Word of God to Christ’s Glory.
This indispensable principle
is central to all actions and
activities that we engage in,
and the measure by which we
access our efforts
to serve God in obedience to His
call.

The Vision of RSMI
In keeping with this principle the vision of Risen Scepter
Ministries International is…
RSMI
To equip pastors in developing nations
that they might in turn equip their
people to do the work of the ministry
(Eph 4:11-13).
It is intended that this will result in
Individuals, Families, Communities,
and Nations, being changed by the
word of God and the correct
application of biblical principles.

dWe believe that…
The Word of God in union with the
hope of The Gospel as Found in Jesus, is fundamental to our ministry
• As we train Christian leaders in
developing nations, they will in turn
train their congregations.
• This training results in The equipping
of the body of Christ for the work of
the ministry, and the betterment of their respective cultures and
communities.
The only hope for humanity

The process looks like this…
The only hope for humanityRSMI
It starts with the Word through the pastors.
As they are equipped they equip God's people

This process is accomplished by employing

How do we get there? RSMI
We continue to move toward the goal of the RSMI Vision
through the RSMI Mission, which is…
Toward Him Who We Serve…
To worship God's majesty
Toward Them That Know Him…
To train and release God's people
Toward Those That Do Not Yet Know…
To touch the world for God's kingdom
How do we get there is a big question because it’s a big vision, to ultimately
change nations through the word of God.
“By being a reflection of the Lord Jesus Christ and His purpose in the earth”

RSMI Key Focal PointsOne of the principal ways we will walk in the mission
and bring forth the vision of RSMI is by our RSMI Initiatives
Our four primary initiatives are…
• The RSMI Training Centers for
Biblical Education
• The RSMI Adopt-A-Pastor Program
• The RSMI Schools and Orphans
Program
• The RSMI One Child at a Time
Program
RSMI
The very center of
the vision
• It is by this initiative that the pastors are trained in correct doctrine—and therefore have the ability to train their people
• This is why this is the very center and heart of RSMI

RSMI Training Centers for
Biblical EducationRSMI
With our Adopt-A-
Pastor Program we…
• Support pastors that they
might remain strong and
serve
• Help provide for the basic
necessities for the pastor and
their family such as food and
shelter
• Give them a financial
cushion that will help sustain
them during times of
emergency
• Provide for school fees and
uniforms for their children

RSMI Adopt-A-Pastor Program RSMI
Because of our Schools and
Orphans Program we are
able to…
• Work holistically with our children to bring
about true soundness: Spiritual – Emotional –
Mental – and Physical
• Provide at least one meal a day through our
Schools and Orphans Feeding Program
• Deliver school supplies and the tools they
need for a proper education
• Bible training which instills a love for and
appreciation of our Father God as the
ultimate example of nurture and acceptance
through Jesus Christ
• Training in hygiene and basic life skills

RSMIRSMI Secondary Initiatives
Lead Pastor Provision
The RSMI National Lead Pastor is one of the most vital ministry positions in Risen Scepter
Ministries International. Under the National Director the National Lead Pastor is responsible
to oversee the unity of the ministry in his/her individual country.
Micro Loans for Sustainability
Micro Loans are a great way to help a pastor and those they care for help themselves.
Furthermore, your gift is multiplied again and again as it is reinvested in pastor after pastor
Pastor’s Conferences
One of the primary vehicles that RSMI uses to initially reach pastors in developing nations is
through our Pastor’s Conferences. There is more than one way that this outreach is valuable
to not only the pastors, but to the ministry of Risen Scepter.

Teacher’s Salaries
One of the primary ways to retain skilled, dedicated teachers, is through teachers’ salaries.
These educators deserve to be supported for they bring a wealth and constancy to the
lives of children that may not receive this in any other area of their lives.
Feeding Programs
RSMI has two types of feeding programs to minister to those in need; the Schools and
Orphans Feeding Program and the Village Food Program
• At our RSMI schools in Kenya and Uganda the children receive at least one wholesome
meal a day. Many times this may be the only healthy meal that they receive that day.
• With our Village Food Program we reach out to those in the remote villages of Africa and
the Philippines to bring food supplies, including staples such as rice to those that have
trouble feeding their families and themselves. As we do this it presents opportunities to
share the Gospel with those to whom we minister physically. Therefore we love to share
not only food but the word of God during these times

Many Ways to Get Involved
Giving to support the work of RSMI is only one of the
many ways for you to be involved.
We need help in many areas of the ministry.
Consider praying about it. Is the Lord calling
you to represent us in your community; is He
commanding you to go to the nations, or
do you have a special talent in computers,
graphics, or information technology?
Let’s Build His Kingdom Together!
