TO: Emblez Longoria CPP, PSP - Chairperson CPP Recertification Board
Certification Office, Attn: Recertification, ASIS International, 1625 Prince Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
FROM: Rich Woldt ASIS Member # 730471 (Cell # 608-712-7880)
SUBJECT: Documentation for my CPP Recertification Continuing Education credits
Enclosed is donation to support my CPP continuing education credits. You’ve also received this as an attachment to an email. You can also download much of this from my www.RMLearningCenter.com website. Thank you for helping me get the credits posted to my CPP records before December 31, 2009.
I have 31 hours reported and now submit documentation for 190 more hours. If I need to report more, I could report hours for the annual Wisconsin Chiefs of Police training conferences I attend as well as hours for the annual Midwest Protection (MPI) training conferences I attend as a member of the MPI Board of Directors. There are also hours I could claim based on my membership and association with the Southeast Wisconsin Homeland Security Partnership, The University of Wisconsin Risk Management Alumni Association, and the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security (CHS).
The older I get the more I’d appreciate ASIS International offering a CPP Retiree classification similar to what my Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) Association does. It would support or at least acknowledge those of us who’ve been active members for years but are now retired, not on an expense account, not able to attend out-of-town conferences, or finding it hard to keep up with internet technology.
Thank you again for all ASIS International continues to do for me and my Risk Management Learning Center. For more documentation you can go to www.RMLearningCenter.com , www.RichWoldt.com, www.ASIS067.com, etc.

• The 3D Simulator allows you to:
– Create realistic 3D worse case scenarios by first creating a
landscape with roads and hills, vegetation and buildings, civilian
and emergency response vehicles. You can…
– Create control burn fires that burn in different colors based on
fire loads. You can also control wind direction and velocity.
– Once the 3D scenario is created you can…
• Provide students with views they might have arriving at the scene by
land or air.
• I use this technology to create disaster response scenarios we than
use in table top tests of our Critical Incident Response Teams.

Financial Crimes Investigators Madison, Wisconsin
Required attendance at monthly meetings
30 hours claimed over three years assuming I missed 2 meeting per year.
• I belong to the Financial Crimes investigators (FCI) Madison Wisconsin. We meet each month to share case experience, discuss scams and crime trends, review the latest bank and credit union crime statistics, receive security procedure updates, briefings from law enforcement, and each month listen to presentations from security and law enforcement professionals.
• I am also a member of the Southeast Wisconsin Homeland Security Partnership. As a member, I attend meetings and work with fellow SWHLS Partnership members to table top test private sector’ emergency response protocols during a crisis in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Madison Area Financial Crime Investigators (FCI) - ContinuedMonthly meetings with speakers12 Hours per year. 30 hours claimed over three years.
• As part of our Risk Management Learning Center community outreach program, I’m an active
member of the Madison Area Financial Crime Investigators, an organization of law enforcement and financial organizations that meet monthly to share criminal investigation files. Attendance is required to remain in FCI so I therefore receive at least 12 hours each year of continuing education to keep myself current.
• Membership in FCI also helps keep my private investigator skills current. I also act as our ASIS 067 Liaison with FCI and provide regular updates at our ASIS monthly meetings.
