Log into the Secure Access Washington website at secureaccess.wa.gov, then choose Create one. When creating an account, you will need to enter in your personal information.

Choose Start

Enter your full name as listed on your driver’s license, passport, etc., then choose Next.

If you currently have a SAW Account because for example you use Secure Access Washington to report your revenue with Department of Revenue (DOR), you will not need to re-register, simply log in with the same User ID and Password that you currently have.

Print page for id and email

Check email page and log off of current SAW page

Click on link from email

Enter User ID and password, then choose Log in

Select Add a New Service

Click on Washington State Gambling Commission on the right.

You will be asked a series of questions based on public record data. This is to verify you are who you say you are. All of the information will be based on you as an individual. If you are unable to be authenticated, you are able to request permission to skip this step.

You will see this message when the request is received by our agency.

Close out of SAW Screen.

Once WSGC has approved your KBA Skip, an email is sent to User. There will be a link in email that you can click on to log in.

The link will take you back to the Login page. Enter your User ID and Password, then choose Login.

Choose Add a New Service

Click on Washington State Gambling Commission on the right.

Only for those who are currently registered with SAW. July 17, 2017 they added an extra step to re-enroll your phone numbers.

Click continue and enter in your email address.

Choose and answer the Challenge questions

Print the next page and keep for your records in case you need to remember your questions and answers down the road. Review then choose Submit.

Once you get to the Service Registration Page, You will enter in the PIN number and Client/License number then click on Register. This information will be on the My Account Introduction letter or any Renewal email notifications you have received from our agency.

You will receive this next page. Please know you are not done. Now choose My Secure Services.

You will see this next screen. If you do not see our WSGC SAW My Account under the word Service, something did not connect. Stop and give us a call. If you do see the same information listed on this page, then Click on the WSGC SAW My Account link and you will be taken to your My Account screen.
