Thoughts about Motivational Gifts:1. Seem to be coded into the DNA of the person,

and can be detected in a person from birth!

2. Determine behavioral motivation and support personality characteristics of the person.

3. Each person has a primary gift. Some have a strong secondary gift.

4. Will energize and bring great satisfaction when used for the building up of the Body of Christ.

Thoughts about Motivational Gifts (cont.):5. Bring pain, distress, disappointment and grief

when used for personal gain.

6. Are all equally important in the Church and in the sight of God.

7. Do not necessarily determine the functional position of an individual

8. Jesus Christ is our example, who operated in all 7 gifts, perfectly!
