Classroom Mission Statements

Each class was encouragedto create their own mission statements. These are keptin the students’ LeadershipBinders and revisited often.

★ This year the Rocket Reporter has been taken over by 5th grade students. They interview students and write articles about what is going on in our school. Students are part of the entire process: interviewing, writing articles, designing newsletter, and publishing it each month.

Rocket Reporter Safety Patrol

4th and 5th grade students meet, greet, and open car doors for students.This helps with the traffic flow in the morning.

Student Led Morning MeetingStudents from all grade levels have the opportunity to lead the morning meeting. Public speaking practice is done through daily announcements, the pledge, and birthday recognitions.

What Changes We’ve Seen?● Increased student

● Life skills being used on a daily basis- eye contact, greetings, etc.
