<p>Thus for example, there ought <add>not the less</add> to be a Code<lb/>bearing the nam of the Undertaker's Law<lb/><note>At the same a Code entitled the Undertaker's Law is among those that will be required</note> <del>although</del> <add>because</add> <del>T</del>there is no such word <add>for example</add> in the Statute<lb/>Book as Undertaker - For There are provisions<lb/>regulating <add>under penalties</add> the manner in which Burial is<lb/>to be performed: <note>30 Car. 2. c. 3 32 Car. 2 c. 1 <unclear>Rult</unclear>. Ind. Wool. 37.</note>&amp; <del>is</del> the persons, <del>by</del> whose occupation<lb/><del><gap/> to</del> <add>that is,</add> <del>is</del> are <del>called</del> <add>known</add> in common <del>lan</del>guage<lb/><add>by the appelation</add> Undertakers, <add>&amp; no other.</add> &amp; <del>these Undertakers are</del></p>
