VFT groups (VISHU FUTURE TENSE), started in 2000 is a full-service training and placement firm, offering innovative, placement -focused training and perspective for leadership growth and development at all levels. VFT with its wings is diversified into all walks of professional development.

Its strong foundation is laid by a team comprising of corporate executives and corporate trainers, with Engineering and Management background, who will facilitate the transition between aspiration and achievement.

Technocrats with IIM/ IIT background and executives from top MNC’s add value to the core team of VFT groups as visiting faculties. Today VFT is present as a hub in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh training about 3,000 students a year with 100% placements. It is growing at an intense pace.
