SOLAR SYSTEM SONGAt the center of the Solar System

 Mercury’s the smallest

And the closest of them allVenus is hot and romantically called

Earth is the planet we live onAnd then Mars where the Martians come from

 Jupiter’s the biggest and filled with gas

Saturn has ringsLike the brim of a hatUranus and NeptuneAre cold ice blocks

 And Pluto’s just a semi-planetary rock

Don’t forget the asteroidsOut gas mass floating on the board

Moon and comets make up a listLet’s go back now and see what we missed

And that’s the Solar SystemThe way that I was thought
