Common Obstacles/Excuses:Active Living During the Holidays

• Schedule: ---- “I’m way to busy to exercise.”

• Travel Obstacles: equipment, space, location• “I’m traveling, so I can’t exercise the way I normally do.”

• Weather: “It’s too cold outside.”
