CONCLUSION

“ Successful teachers are both effective and responsible. They want both teaching success and a respectful way to interact in other words, good learning and human satisfaction. The challenge of the new synthesis is to discover the relationship between the effectiveness and responsibility and to integrate the two concepts as a base of teaching practice and research on teaching.” (Oser,1992)
