The YRMC East Campus Wound Care Center is a 5,835 sf gray-shell tenant improvement project on the first floor of a two-story occupied facility with the addition of four exam rooms, two treatment rooms, two hyperbaric chambers and office space.

Yavapai Regional Medical Center BreastCare Center brings vital diagnostic, care coordination, education and support elements together in one convenient location. A Community Resource Library features a wide variety of breast health/breast cancer educational material such as books, CDs, DVDs and other resources. A computer is available in the library for patients and community members to research information on countless breast health-related topics. In addition, wireless Internet is available throughout the 8,500 sf center.

The Phoenix TGen Research Center houses some of the most advanced research laboratories in Arizona. Translational genomics research is a relatively new field employing innovative advances arising from the Human Genome Project and applying them to the development of diagnostics, prognostics and therapies for cancer, neurological disorders, diabetes and other complex diseases.

The TGen Center for Rare Childhood Disorders harnesses the latest technology for genome sequencing to pinpoint the causes of rare childhood disorders that largely remain a mystery to modern medicine.

A derelict Maryvale property that once housed a vacant Harkins movie theater and an all-night bar has been transformed into a beautiful, state-of-the-art medical facility where residents can access affordable, high-quality healthcare.The new facility includes clinical space for family practice, pediatrics, women’s health, dental and pharmacy.

The project is in an occupied retail center adjacent to several neighboring tenants, which remained open during construction.
