Being a part of something bigger

We work hard to hire people that are a right fit for the company and make sure we are also a right fit for them.

Our culture is who we are, what makes us feel at home at Admios; it is what gives us the vision of the company we are working towards becoming. Because of this, our culture is a huge part of Admios.

The Admios Manifesto

7.Admios as a great place to work

1.Judgement Use good judgement at

all times. Be professional.

Prioritize. Our priority always is to solve for the client. We are a team that delivers and provides results and we take

great pride in that.

Protect information when it is not completely yours to share or when there is a Non-Disclosure agreement.

Freedom is earned through responsibility. The more responsible you are, the more freedom and flexibility you will have. Have autonomy and ownership for your tasks and responsibilities.

Our policies rely on your good judgement.

Our Working From Home Policy is that you can work remote when you need to, but we expect you to not abuse this and be in the office at least 3 times a week.

Our social media policy- use good judgement, if you are doubting to post something, then you probably should not post it.

We have no dress code policy but you don't see anyone coming to work naked.

We have no specific alcohol policy, but you don't see anyone drunk at the office.

You get it right?

2. Respect Earn it. Offer it.

Act like a leader both as a developer and around the office. We work hard to hire leaders, people who encourage others and respect everyone equally, from the CEO to the man who washes your car.

There are no assigned seats, you can sit wherever and shuffle where you sit. However, you should leave a workspace clean and organized for the next person to use it.

Treat the office as if it were your own home. You spend most of your week here and we work hard to make it a comfortable place for you. Do the same for the rest.

3. Communi

cationIt builds trust, it builds leadership.

Communicate with honesty and candor. Don't be afraid to tell the client the real story estimation. It is better to be honest at the beginning than to have to change times later.

Build an honest and open relationship with your lead, your team, your client and the rest of the staff.

Mistakes. They can happen and will happen. It is how we learn. Communicate them and fix them quickly.

Communicate with your team, rely on your team. We chose the best people so that you are able to learn from them and use them as resources. Likewise, be the person your team can rely on and learn from.

Availability. This is one of our greatest, most important communication points. Be available, be online, be at reach of your team and client. If you will be absent communicate it with your lead, client, team and the operations team.

4. Curiosit

yStay Curious.

We want our staff to grow and develop both personally and professionally, which is why we hire curious people with a constant yearn for learning.

Because we foster learning and curiosity, we have many resources around the office. If you need a book you can ask the OPS team to get it for the dev account.

We also have toys for you to play with and explore and are constantly getting more.

Proactivity. We are self-driven and take initiative when it comes to learning. We like self-motivating people that take the bull by the horns and look for solutions.

Effective people get stuff done, have a sense of ownership, can be held accountable for their responsibilities and look for more.

Constant challenge is big part of the Admios culture from development, to operations at the office, and hiring. It is what makes us grow, both personally and professionally.

Always look for new ways of to challenge yourself, to improve, to be better and challenge your limits.

5. Selfless

nessYou often end up getting more than you anticipate. Share.

One of our major sources of pride in our culture is our selflessness and team collaboration. Be it helping someone on the technical side, helping someone personally, or volunteering in community outreach projects.

We always help each other out and we know this is essential to our growth and strength as a team. We firmly believe that power is gained by sharing knowledge. It is who we are, it is part of the Admios community identity.

We share what we know and motivate constant learning. We work hard to create knowledge sharing spaces.

ALtalks- These happen once a month during lunch, everyone is welcome to share something of their interest regarding technology languages, etc.

6. Drafting our teamTogether we can do so

much.

We use many of our resources to find the right developers that will contribute personally and professionally to our team.

We work hard to find people who work with passion, who love what they do, and do what they love.

We place a huge value on ATTITUDE. Not everything will be ideal every time, but we have learned that the attitude we have when taking on anything, makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

Treat the company as if it were your own (because it is!). This is also your project. It is your place to prosper and grow.

7. Admios as a great place to

work

We are proud to work and be a part of Admios. We strive to make it a great place to grow your career and learn. We want you to be able to leave the company being a better professional then when you came in as well as leave the company a better place than when you came.

We promote a healthy work-life balance. This is why we are flexible with working from home, vacations, and trying to accommodate to any situation that may rise.

We are aware sitting all day at a desk is not healthy, which is why we have a standing area, a ping pong table, paid gym membership, soccer leagues, and are located in a campus that is perfect for running and outdoor sports.

In addition, we provide private health insurance because we care about the health and well-being of our staff.

Admios is a place to grow, learn, explore and express yourself. Do you have a hobby? Share it with the team! Chances are many others are interested and want to join. We have people on the team who love to cook, build drones, develop games, travel through Panama and much more.
