Overview of the Certification Area • Adding Certification

The certification tab is an area to enter and maintain certifications earned for the selected employee

Certifications are displayed in this section.

To add a new certification to the selected employee’s profile, click add.

Enter the appropriate certification information and click save.

Click ok to add the certification details.

Records can be changed from this view as well.

Create a Data Mining report

Certification reports will allow cross referencing of information.

Once you generate the report, drop it into Excel and you can sort it as needed.

Create a report in Data Mining to upload certifications from SBEC

Choose required fields for the upload.

Save the report as a CVS spread sheet.

Upload your report to SBEC to get updated information from TEA on certified employees.
