Los termostatos de la serie MT 22300, MTG 22300, MTGE22300, MTZ 22300, etc., ofrecen una amplia gama de posibilidadescapaz de dar respuesta a las múltiples necesidades que presentael sector de los fabricantes de cocinas domésticas y hornos deencastre.

Son termostatos de macho cónico dotados de seguridadtermoeléctrica, homologados en los principales institutosespecializados a tal fin.

Materiales :

• Cuerpo mecánico: latón estampado.• Cono macho: latón de barra.• Cuerpo termostático: aluminio inyectado.• Salida grill / piloto: latón estampado.• Perno: latón de barra.• Tapa: acero troquelado.

Características constructivasConstruction characteristics

The MT 22300, MTG 22300, MTGE 22300 and MTZ 22300,thermostats offer a wide range of possibilities and are capable ofresponding to the many requirements of domestic cookers andbuilt-in ovens manufacturers.

These are male cone thermostats fitted with a thermoelectricsafety device. They have been approved by the main institutesspecialising in that area.

Materials :

• Mechanical body: drop forged brass.• Male cone: bar-cut brass.• Thermostatic body: injected aluminium.• Grill outlet / pilot: drop forged brass.• Spindle: bar-cut brass.• Cover: drop forged steel.

• Temperatura máxima: 150 ºC.• Temperatura máxima del bulbo: 320 ºC.• Campo de regulación de temperatura del horno:

- Máxima: 300 ºC. - Mínima: la que permita el quemador.

• Tipo de regulación termostática: modulante.• Caudal máximo: limitado por termostato o por inyector de horno.• Caudal mínimo: limitado por by-pass en termostato. By-pass regulable para cada tipo de gas.• Caudales entre máximo y mínimo: determinados termostáticamente.• Presión máxima del gas: 65 Mbar.

• Maximum temperature: 150º C.• Maximum bulb temperature: 320º C.• Oven temperature adjustment field - Maximum: 300ºC. - Minimum: that allowed by the burner.• Thermostatic adjustment type: modulating.• Maximum flow: Limited by the thermostat or oven injector.• Minimum flow: limited by thermostat by-pass. By-pass adjustable for each type of gas.• Flows between maximum and minimum: determined thermostatically.• Maximum gas pressure: 65 Mbar.

Grill Eléctrico monopolar y bipolar.Encendidos horno y/o grill gas por switches de tipología diversa,pulsado, giro, otros.Encendido de lámpara: motoventilador. Funciones de temporizacióny programación pueden aplicarse bajo demanda y estudio.

All the thermostats are CE approved in accordance with thefollowing standards: EN-126

Other approvals: according to customer demand.

Catenaries, switches, thermocouples and injectors.

Para garantizar un correcto funcionamiento del termostato, serecomienda respetar los valores de par de apriete en cada conexión,siguientes:

• Los tornillos de la brida: máximo 0,3 mKp.• El termostato al tubo colector del gas: máximo 1 mKp.• Las tuercas de las salidas de gas: máximo 1, 5 mKp.• El racord del termopar: máximo 0,4 mKp.

Mínimo radio de curvatura: • Tubo capilar: 15 mm. • Termopar: 25 mm.

Mínima longitud recta del termopar desde su conexión altermostato: 15 mm.

InstalaciónInstallation

To ensure that the thermostat works properly, it is recommendedthat the following tightening torque values be respected for eachconnection:

• The flange screws: maximum 0.3 mKp.• The thermostat to the gas collector pipe: maximum 1 mKp.• The gas outlet nuts: maximum 1.5 mKp.• The thermocouple connector: maximum 0.4 mKp.

Minimum bending radius: • Capillary pipe: 15 mm. • Thermocouple: 25 mm.

Minimum straight thermocouple length from connection tothermostat: 15 mm.
