So, What is a TEAM ?

A team is a group of people with

complementary skills that work in a shared

form, understand their goals, are engaged in

meeting them and feel collectively responsible.

• Generates ideas .

• and solves difficult problems .

Allowable Weaknesses:

• Too preoccupied to communicate

effectively .

• Too many plants may hurt the team .

•  Outgoing, enthusiastic,

communicative.

• Explores opportunities and develops

contacts.
