Talent Management

Talent management is one of the main functions in LC Hanoi.

There are totally 7 people in TM team, which include 1 VPTM and

6 members

In LC, TM team has some main responsibilities

First of all, we are responsible for recruiting members for AIESEC Hanoi twice a year (on March and on September). During the time of recruitment, all members will participate in talent planning for long-term member recruitment. Then we are also in charge of creating promotion materials and participate in designing and performing talent selection process such as application form, assessment center or individual interviews.

Secondly, we are responsible for tracking all LC members’ performance which base on each member’s personal goal setting and conduct official appraisals every quarter.

Thirdly, we built up learning programs; organize learning activities, events, trainings to develop members’ skills. Until now, we have managed to conduct many training sessions for AIESEC members on various topics such as team work skill, business etiquette, time management skill, business culture, etc.

• We manage the internal communication channel within AIESEC Hanoi

• We support exchange team in creating short-term AIESEC experience for outgoing interns

• We manage learning partners, more specifically, design learning partnership program.

Last but not least, we are also responsible for creating AIESEC culture such as dances, roll-calls or uniforms, etc.

• In a team, we usually have a meeting every week to discuss and prepare for the upcoming activities. Moreover, we also give a hand to other teams when they need such as logistics or assessment

• Working in TM team, members have chances of developing many beneficial skills such as event management, marketing, training & education, evaluation & assessment and public speaking.

• As TMers, we always try our best to provide all AIESEC members the best learning environments which can help people explore and develop their potential in AIESEC.

• In our opinions, the stronger and the powerful the environment is, the strongest the individual can be more self aware and develop.
