• Supervise the day to day operations of the stores in coordination with
the Store Managers
• Hold weekly meetings with the Store Managers to review sales
performance and ongoing stock needs of all the stores
• Track and analyze stock in all stores on a weekly basis
• Ensure stores reflect the brand retail best practice across all aspects of
the brand and follow the corporate guidelines whilst liaising with the
visual merchandising team
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual retail sales targets in line with
the agreed annual budge
• Develop and implement an off season stocking plan for each store
using sales figures, shipping related constraints and other factor
• Involved in ensuring that the stores are implementing all the corporate
training initiatives

• Liaise with HR department to discuss various staff movements and

in the recruitment process for the brand
• Monitor all store expenses on a monthly basis and to discuss cost
controls with the Senior Management of the company

implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations,
systems, and procedures
