2 cases of FOD (1 metallic, 1 hard plastic) found.

Bracket at 8 o’clock position found with missing clinch nut

Nicks, dents, scratches, corrosion pitting or missing anti-erosion coating. Nicks, dents, corrosion pitting, blunt leading edge or burnt surfaces.

Air duct not blanked.

Abnormal galling, deep rubbing, delamination, cracks or dents.

Incorrect wire-locking, absence of sealant, loose bolts & nuts, loose installation of fuel, oil and air tubes on panel & chaffing of tubes & wires.

Loose connections, poor wirelocking on FSNs, Loose Boroscope ports, damaged tubings, bolts, nuts & clamps.

Damaged, worn or torn seal. Loose connections, chaffing of tubes and harnesses. Ensure no missing bolts.
