• That is both good and bad.The good:

• Iceland is getting more popular for tourists, partly because it is cheap because of our currency

• That means more traffic to our most popular tourist attractions.

• That can damage the surroundings and the nature– In Iceland, because it is so cold, most all damage

takes long time to heal itself.

• Because of this, there is a discussion in Iceland to start collect fees for the most popular tourist sites.With this money there could be set up toilets,

informations centers and stuff like that.• This is really contriversial in Iceland because

Icelanders don´t want to pay to see their own country.Should we just collect fees from foreign tourists?
