Challenging Scenarios Mentor is very busy so answers emails and calls during the
meeting. The mentee is getting upset and feels like their mentor doesn’t want to be there.
The mentee is very enthusiastic about the scheme but is an ESOL student so struggles with their academic work. The mentor would like some help with how to support them.
The pair have not been meeting regularly as they both struggle with organisation and keep forgetting about their meetings.
The mentor finds that their mentee is very lively and has difficulty concentrating during the mentoring sessions.
