Please find below a summary and some photos of Dragon Wheel Club, ‘DWC’ –

Guangzhou and feedback from our attendee research from our recent IIF Event - held

at the EXPO Centre, Guangzhou August 30/31 2015

The event was co-produced by Scott A J MacDonald Chairman of IFOA; Aaron Huang

Chairman of Dragon Wheel Club and Capital Land Group MD/CEO, Richard Fang

For our first event we had strong support from attendess - the event was attended by

over 800 UHNW plus 20 International guests and 30 staff of DWC – in addition the

event was opeded and supported by Department of Commerce of Guangdong Prvince –

Deputy Director General who explained that Guangdong Prvince is responsible for 25%

of China’s total GDP.

Dragon Wheel Club, private wealth management advisory club are developing a China

wide distribution and aggregation platform that will have a reach to several million

investors in the next 1-2 years

IFOA endorse this model and support this work with DWC by providing access to

international investment and a direct link to the West in terms of education in family

office establishment and global asset allocation

We will also work with members of DWC to provide guidance and via associates

corporate advisory services for companies ; SOE; SME and UHNW including

compliance and risk management services

In addition we aim to introduce DWC members and associates to administration

solutions for wealth management using leading fintech solutions

With China rapidly developing wealth management and a national pension landscape

the opportunities for independent trusted partners for the UHNW are at a premium in

China and we see only an exponential expansion of such services and knowledge

transfer required for the next 10-15 years due to the reality of China’s population and

demography; lack of universal pension savings; one child policy and the need for

financial security of the population in the years to come

Hence diversification and wealth preservation has become a major political and social

focus.

The 1st International Invest Forum, organized by International Family Office

Association, Dragon Wheel Club, Capital Land Group has been held successfully in

PWTC Expo, Guangzhou China on 30th August 2015. The unprecedented event in the

field of wealth management in China brought the international economist Keith

Boyfield from CPS and IEA, Scott MacDonald, chair of International Family Office

Association, Ding Li, applied economics Ph. D, and Arron Huang, president of DWC etc.

to deliver the insights ideas of global wealth management, which have attracted about

800 investors on site. The event marks the IFOA’s landing China, introducing the

highest form of family wealth management, family office into China to establish a new

model of family wealth management in China.

2015 IIF has gained extensive attentions. Mr. Yuehua Chen, deputy director of

Department of Commerce of Guangzhou, Ms. Jill Ren, Senior Investment Manager of

Australian Consulate-General Guangzhou Commercial Section have attended. At the

same time, mainstream Chinese media have attended and reported for the event.
