Living the vision, values and aims

In one organisation the Director asked everyone to start every meeting or external engagement by agreeing which of the organisation’s aims they are helping to achieve. This helped everyone to understand how their daily activities were helping to realise the organisation’s vision.

Excellence is the result of:

caring more than others think is wise;

risking more than others think is safe;

dreaming more than others think is practical; and

expecting more than others think is possible.
