WerecommendthatyouhaveyourstairliftservicedonceeachyearbyPrestige’fullytrainedengineers.Thisensuresthatyourstairliftwillbefullyfunctioningandsafeforuseforalongtimetocome.

ONSITE SURVEYDuetothefactthatyourPrestigestairliftwillbebuiltspecificallytotherequirementsofyourstairs,Prestigewillhappilysendoutoneoftheirfullytrainedconsultantstoyourhometodiscussyourstairliftrequirements.

Whilsttheyarethere,theywillalsocarryoutano-obligationsurveysothatyouwillbeabletogetaquoteforastairliftandpurchaseoneinyourowntime.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIESAllPrestigestraightstairliftsareguaranteedforaperiodof12monthsfromtheinstallationdate.Theguaranteecoversyouforallmechanicalfailuresthroughdefectsinmanufactureofthestraightstairlift.

EXTENDED WARRANTYYoucanpurchaseanextendedwarrantycoveringallpartsandlabourchargesforuptoafurtherfouryearsafterthe12monthguaranteeends.ThisschemeisourGoldenCareWarrantyProgramme;tofindoutmoreaboutthisscheme,simplyaskoneofoursalesconsultants.Totakeadvantageoftheextendedwarrantycover,itshouldbepurchasedatthetimeofinstallationorupto12monthsafterinstallation.

OUR SERVICEPrestigeprovidespeedyandreliableback-upandmaintenanceservicetomakesureyouarehappywithyourstairlift,andremainso.Intheunlikelyeventofabreakdown,oneofover20customercareengineersthatwehavenationwidewillcometoyouasquicklyasispossible,oftenonthesameday.Thislargenumberofcustomercareengineersensuresthatcustomersaren’tstrandedwithouttheirstairliftforlongperiodsoftime.AllstairliftsaredesignedtocomplywithBS5776andBS5900standards.Thisensuresthatourstairliftsremainsafeandreliable.
