We are taught from an early age to think of safety. We think about safety from the time we wake up till the time we go to bed at night. We unconsciously think about safety . What if we consciously, think about safety? What if we talked about it in our small department huddles. Within our management team’s. Put it on our tour sheets. Talk to your STAR team member. Who is your STAR team person? Who is your STAR team Leader?
