Step 2: Click on the “Members Only” Section

Step 3: Enter your Enrollment # and Password and Press “Submit” 

  *If this is your first time accessing your account—please click on “Please verify your   account and create a password.

Step 4: Once in the Members Only Section— click on Higher Education Application Form

Step 6: Complete Application—Blue Highlight indicates Required Sections

Step 7: Once all information is entered and you have read the Student Consent and Release of Information Section. Enter your Initials and date.  

Step 8: Click on “NEXT to Continue Your Application”

Step 9: Read the Higher Education Participant Acknowledgement and Agreement Form.  

Step 10: Enter your initials and date, confirmation you have read and consent to the aforementioned.    

Step 11: Once you have read and initialed , click “Submit Application”

Once submitted, you can no longer make changes to you application. 

Step 1 2: Press “OK” if you have reviewed your application and are satisfied with your entires.

Step 13: Once you have submitted “OK”, a confirmation screen will appear.   You have not submitted your application!
