Frequency and Stem And Leaf Plots

Question 1:
For the first one I did President Ages. I used a stem and leaf because it would be easier to read than a frequency chat. For the second graph I chose Vice President Years In Office. I did a Stem A Leaf because If I did a frequency chart for this it would not have made sense. For my last one I chose President Birth Months. For this I did a frequency chart because it is easy to read, it shows three sets of data ( Month, Tally, and Frequency.), and the topic was easy.
Question 2:
If I chose my first graph yes I would have to start at zero. No it would not have breaks. The intervals would start at zero and than go by twos.
