Start Skydiving, LLC 2020 Jump Package Agreement

50 Jump Package By signing this agreement, I agree, understand and accept the following terms, which will lock in $23 jumps for the 2020 season:

• I must deposit $1,150 (cash discount) on my account. • Package includes 50 jumps. • No one else may use my jump package tickets on account and I cannot transfer jump package tickets. • I cannot use my jump package tickets on my account for gear rental. • Jump package tickets may not be used for Boogie or Registration fees. • Jump package tickets can be used for full altitude or hop-n-pop jumps, either will count as one package ticket. • I must use all 50 jumps by November 21, 2020.
