We need 8 or 9 of these made from standard rungs

We need 16 of these made from standard rungs
Half Rung Up
154mm 54mm
We will have to machine these from the current half up types if they have been made in sufficient numbers we need 8 or 9
Half Rung Down These may well have been made already we need 8 or 9

Voltage solution
HV power out of column with minimum of bending
Other Cables can make S bend reasonably easily
For columns close to top of crate

Voltage solution
All cables can exit form the back of the column if there is the space available
For columns far from the top of crate
This also allows the voltage patch panel to be in line with the cable port in the shield
Low Voltage Power
Low Voltage Sense
Two 2 pin lemo cables – with approximately cat5 thickness and stiffness
High Voltage Power
Have to redesign end piece to allow these very thick cables to exit column satisfactorily. Can unbolt from patch panel and feed through so not too much compliance required.
HV monitoring
Goes to one 15pin sub D – may be a problem with different lengths of cables
Silicon Bias
A single lemo cable – Can it come from the C board?
SPECS/ECS
Single RJ45 Network Cable
Temperature Monitoring
Flat cable going to 37pin Sub-D
Data Fibres
24 Fibres going to 2 break out boxes. Need to be careful of bending just after boxes. Need to be very careful of loop. Spare fibres go down front U channel by HPDs.
Concerned about space for loop before patch panel.
Doesn't show looping round the Lo boards to use uip fibre length
TTC Fibres
7 TTC control fibres – occupying the same space as the data fibres. Loop could be sooner to avoid too much conflict as no break out boxes to worry about.
