• First two team allotments will be approx. 2 weeks of ice at a time. We should be drafting ice by the third week in Oct.

•2 coaches/vehicle – max 2 vehicles

•Mileage paid at rate of .50/km•Meals - $50/day/coach based on country of play (including travel days)•Reimbursement eligible for Tournaments or Female Bantam Showcases

Team Roles

• Each team is required to have a Manager, Safety Person & Parent Liaison.

• Each team has received additional roles and tasks that should be considered so the team manager isn’t doing all the work.

Electronics Policy/Social Media

Any electronic devices with camera capabilities are NOT PERMITTED for use in the dressing rooms under any circumstances. Violators will be subject to suspension of participation privileges and/or further sanctions according to the Hockey Winnipeg Social Media Policy (www.hockeywinnipeg.ca under RESOURCES)

We have ordered team bags to collect these devices as the players enter the room.

Dressing Room Protocol

SR-8 Team Conduct

The head coach of each team is responsible for ensuring that two adults are present in the team dressing room whenever one or more players are in the dressing room.

At least one of these adults should be the same gender(s) as the team players. For female teams at least one female coach should be in the room.

Fundraising

• Bottle drive, 50/50, gift cards - don’t need to consult Director

• All other fundraising requires the approval of the Director before proceeding

Dress Code

• Male: Vics jacket or Vics track jacket, dress shirt, tie and dress pants

• Female: Vics jacket or Vics track jacket and black pants (yoga) (no sweats)

• Your team will be notified of time and date.

• All teams will be done.

• Vics Teams 2015-16 will be displayed at St. Vital Arena
