• Article V: “…licenses, certificates, orother permits…shall be deemedlicensed, certified, or permitted by thestate requesting assistance.“

• Article VI: “Officers or employees of aparty state rendering aid . . . shall beconsidered agents of the requestingstate for tort liability and immunitypurposes…”

• Article VII: …”nothing herein containedshall preclude any state from enteringinto supplemental agreements withanother state or affect any agreementsalready in force…”

• Article IV: “…the state rendering aid maywithhold resources to the extentnecessary to provide reasonableprotection for such state."

• Article IX: “. . . any party state renderingaid . . . shall be reimbursed by the partystate receiving aid for any loss or damageto or expense incurred . . .”

• Organize local / state resources understate sponsorship (examples: intra-stateagreements, State team composition,etc.)
