STEP 1: Log into the Exhibitor Portal
STEP 2: In the Exhibitor Portal task list, click on the “Exhibitor Forum speaker
information” task.

STEP 3: Click on the link to the submission portal Linklings.
STEP 4: The Linklings submission portal Login page will open in a new browser tab. If you
already have a Linklings Account, please skip this step and proceed to step 8. Before you
can log in for the first time, you have to create an account. In order to do so, please click on
“Create an Account” in the top menu or click on “register here” on the Login page.

STEP 5: Enter all information in the sign-up form and click “Register”.

STEP 6: Accept the Linklings User Terms of Service by checking the respective checkbox,
then click “Submit”.

STEP 7: Please confirm your contact information.

STEP 8: If you already have an account and forgot your password please use the “Forgot
Password?” link on the submission website frontpage.

STEP 9: Once you signed up or logged in, you will be forwarded to the Linklings start page.
Click on the “Make a New Submission” tab.
STEP 10: Click on “Exhibitor Forum”.

STEP 11: Fill out the submission form, then click “Submit” in order to save your
information. You can come back to the form later and update it. Please note that the
mandatory fields have to be filled in before you can save your information.
The Exhibitor Forum speaker information will first be published in the ISC online Agenda
Planner after the official submission deadline has passed. After the information has been
published, updates will be synchronized with the online Agenda Planner several times a
day, i.e. updates will not be reflected in the online Agenda Planner immediately.

STEP 12: After submitting your information for the first time, you will receive a
confirmation email. Please note: you will not receive any confirmation emails after you
update your information.

STEP 13: In the Linklings portal, you will be forwarded to the “My submissions” page after
submitting your Exhibitor Forum speaker information. This is also the first page you will
see when logging into the portal in the future. You can update your submissions by clicking
“update” next to the respective submission.
STEP 14: After updating your submission, don’t forget to click “Submit” to save the
updated information.
