Office Building. The shape comes from the excercise of abstracting a bat. Using ambiguous elements in an apparent complex exterior, the main objective is to achieve such visual impact, in order to contrast with the simple internal distribution. distribution.

The project consists of a mixed-use building, having both residential and commercial uses. It is conceived as a 30-storey tower which contains four kind of apartments, and in the first floor are located a few mini shops.PlasticallPlastically, the goal is to create an urban image through materials and scale.

Joya de Ceren, World Heritage, becomes the real museum instead of the building. The building with its apparent monumentality is just the stage where the Archaeological Site itself, communicates its Histocommunicates its History.

The A-Haus is born after the vision of its owner, a traditional line and a big nature-contact lover, a lover also of freedom and of having his very own “world” around him.

Since 2012 there has been made various additions to the original house, which consisted in building a bathroom. In 2014, it was incorporated a deck and exterior kitchen, for friends and family gatherings and celebrations.

It consists in the building of a second floor, over about half of the existing layout of the house, with an intervention of nearly 99 sqm.
