We are a family business which was established 30 years ago and has been based on fundamental shared values inculcated by our founder Mr. José Luis Senra Abadín.
Our most important goals are the development, production and distribution of non-ferrous alloys, mainly tin based, for different sectors as the electronics, antifriction, plumbing & heating and industrial field.
In keeping up with the entrepreneurial spirit of our founder, we carry out a constant innovation in all our areas, counting for this purpose with a group of responsible, involved and committed professionals who have a high tea-mworking capacity and a shared goal: customer satisfaction.
Currently we manufacture alloys for customers in more than 40 different countries, with verified quality due to the outstanding work of our staff who share a high level of training and experience.

Phosphorous rods are alloys with a melting point above 450 °C and they are characterized by being self-cleaners. The use of flux is not required, since phosphorus acts as a flux when soldering.
They have a great mechanical resistance and good thermal and electrical conductivity. They are appropriate for industrial sectors, copper soldering with copper, brass, bronze, electrical applications, refrigeration, gas, air conditioning and heat industry in general.
CuP alloys are not suitable for welding materials containing nickel, iron, including carbon or stainless steel. They are also not suitable situations where there is an exposure to sulphurous gases at high temperatures.
All brazing products are presented under the trade mark SARGET. It is as a brand created within the SENRA group to differentiate brazing from soft soldering products.
12 13
When selecting a CuP brazing material, it is important to consider the relationship between ductility and fluidity which different products provide. In this regard, silver and phosphorus are key elements. Silver is used to improve ductility and phosphorus to increase fluidity. On the other hand, a higher phosphorus content increases fluidity, but reduces ductility.
In applications where optimum mechanical resistance or vibration resistance is required, alloys with low phosphorus content are needed.
CuP ALLOYS APPLICATIONS
Senra Phos 6 / Senra P8 are not recommended for joints that are under strong vibrations, impact force or deformations after welding, due to their low ductility.
Alloys with phosphorus content should not be used to join iron or nickel based materials, because the resulting welds can be brittle.

These alloys offer the user the main advantages of silver brazing for industrial applications. Among its main features are the fluidity, low melting temperature and resistance. The silver alloys manufactured in Senra are suitable for a wide range of technical solutions, providing a high resistance weld.
