Ages 14-21

Take the step beyond just earning merit badges and push

your skills to the extreme.

Shooting Sports Trek

• Trip to local Sportsman’s Club

• Participate in activities developed around Rifle, Shotgun, archery, and Muzzle Loader

• Provide service project to upkeep the Camp ranges and equipment

Attendee Must:

Be comfortable shooting fire arms and archery equipment.

Bring Eye and ear protection.

Class cap 15- 20

Registration includes program supplies, participant T-Shirt, event patch and Trek specific rocker.

Leaders are invited to participate as a “counselor in training” and take part in Trek activities.

Aquatics Trek• Small boat sailing and camping

trip off site

• Learn Paddle craft safety

• Participate in a tubing expedition

• Provide service project to benefit aquatics in camp

Attendee Must:

Be comfortable in and around water.

Will have to pass the BSA Swimmer test at camp.

15 years of age and older

Class cap-15-20

Mountain Biking Trek

• Riding Camp trails and providing maintenance and expansion

• Two Day/Overnight trip to Coopers Gap

• Providing Bike maintenance and reviewing bike safety

• Team Building activities

Attendee Must:

Be Comfortable on a bike.

Must be comfortable riding mountainous trails at fast speeds.

Bring personal bike (suspension bike preferred) and helmet.

Wilderness Survival Trek

• Learn skills on how to survive in the woods (Orienteering, rope skills, survival techniques)

• Survivor challenge: Offsite, overnight expedition

• Provide a service project related to benefit camp

• Team Building activities

Attendee Must:

Be comfortable in the outdoors

Be willing to hike. Wilderness Survival Merit badge Preferred but not required.
