ALTHOUGH VERY DIFFICULT TO QUIT, SMOKERS CAN SUCCESSFULLY QUIT IF THEY ADMIT TO HAVING AN ADDICTION, UNDERSTAND HOW TO DEAL WITH THEIR NICOTINE ADDICTION, GET SUPPORT FROM THEIR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN ORDER TO RID THEIR HABIT.
