Please join us in welcoming
HCG employees to SLR.
We look forward to
much success as we bring
together the combined
resources of our two firms.
SLR is delighted to announce that it has acquired Hoefler Consulting Group (HCG).
HCG, established in 1995 and based in Anchorage, Alaska, is an environmental
industry leader that specializes in air quality, permitting, compliance, carbon
management, spill management, planning and land quality restoration.
This strategic acquisition affords us much opportunity to build our business by
offering more diverse services and staff depth to clients in the energy, mining, utility,
transportation, government and infrastructure sectors. Our goal is to continue to
expand our technical and geographic service offerings and to provide these services in
response to a wide and ever changing range of business and regulatory drivers at the
local, national and international level.
SLR is employee-owned with its head office located near Oxford, England. We have
approximately 900 employees located in 60 offices around the world including
the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and
Singapore. With the acquisition of HCG, SLR has over 130 employees based in
the United States.
We appreciate that local knowledge and contacts often help projects run more smoothly.
With a growing network of 60 offices around the world and with 340 employees in North
America working from 25 offices in the U.S. and Canada, we can provide local service
