Sixth Day of World Space Week Celebration:

On sixth day of WSW celebration, presentation competition on “Exploring New worlds” for college students was conducted. About 22 students from various institutes have participated in the event. The students and visitors have enjoyed the entire event. Shri AK Lal and Ms. Arundhati Misra were invited as judges. It was very informative and inspiring for the students.

The students of S.S.R.V.M School, S.S. Divine School, Sarkhej ITI, L D Engineering College, Anand Agriculture University, Sant Shree Aasharamji Gurukul and large nos. of groups and families have visited the exhibition. The exhibition building was jam packed for entire day, some time the briefing sessions were conducted in the premises. About 2100 visitors are registered during the day.

During the day water Rocket launching at every hour was demonstrated to the visitors in the premises of VSSE by Shri Ravi Varma. Visitors have enjoyed the Rocket launching activity.

For sky observation about 950 visitors have observed the sky. Visitors were very excited after watching Moon.
