For BEST results all files should be setup:

· in .pdf format

· with CMYK colour

· with all text within the “safety box” (0.125 inches away from all cuts and folds)

· with 0.125 inch bleed on all sides, and crop marks

· with 100% black, and greys that are mostly black (colour printing only)

· with a resolution of 300dpi or higher

Crop marks are needed because we print banners on a roll and cut them to size by hand.

Keep all your text atleast 0.125 inches in from the edge of the document.

All pull up banners should be set up to be 33.5 inches wide by 82 inches tall. Treat the bottom 6 inches as negative space, the bottom inch or so will get pulled back into the stand. The top 2-3 inches should also be treated as negative space and the top 0.5 - 0.75 inches will be inside the top frame. Keep all text 0.125 inches minimum from the right and left edges of the document. For best results treat optical centre of the banner as approximately 60-66 inches from the bottom, that will be roughly eye-level for most people. 33.5”
