SES  Box  and  Carton  Turner  Description  A  conveyor  designed  to  rotate  the  orientation  of  product  being  conveyed  through  90  degrees,  to  end  up  either  long  or  short  side  leading.  

Benefits  Allows  product  to  be  oriented  correctly  for  any  down-­‐stream  process  without  manual  input.  

Operation  Supplied  as  a  modular  belted  conveyor  to  accept  carton  sizes  as  required.  The  conveyor  tracks  product  to  a  roller  side  fence,  rotates  it  through  90  degrees,  conveys  it  to  the  next  process.  

Scope  of  supply  The  conveyor  is  supplied  manufactured  in  304  grade  stainless  steel,  with  food  grade  modular  belting  and  thermoplastic  components.  Can  be  supplied  as  part  of  a  process  line  or  retro  fitted  into  a  current  line,  Can  be  automated  with  suitable  logistics  control  to  turn  or  not  turn  product  as  required.
