At Vicky Crease Catering, food is luscious
abundance and an avenue to the soul. I love
to present stylish gourmet offerings with
impact and visual appeal, always making
a great impression. At events, other than
ensuring that people are fed, for me, the
biggest raison d’etre is to take guests on a
culinary adventure and ensure that the food
is delicious and memorable.
I love the look of a group of clear glass
canisters filled with luscious sweeties at a
candy bar or refreshing salads in huge glass
bowls. We even serve soup in frosted glass
tumblers and finish them off with a sesame
grissini stick or exotic stir-fries in stylish
square glass plates, as well as fabulous glass
jars and jugs grouped together at a ‘Mojito
Bar’. Visual impact is paramount for me, and
the beauty of serving food in glass is that it
always looks appetising and delicious.

Glass ~ the healthy choice
Servings of great taste
Transparent by nature – the clarity of glass lets you showcase its contents
When it comes to healthy eating, taste is
essential. When it comes to preserving
taste, glass is the only packaging that
does this – naturally – ensuring the quality
and flavours of your food and drinks
remain exactly as they were intended.
Delicious.
The enviable qualities of glass make it the obvious choice when storing and preserving
Made from all natural substances, glass is completely
inert, preserving the shelf life of its contents for longer
while maintaining their purity.

It’s good, it’s in glass!
76% of people, when questioned, said they found the quality of food and beverages packaged in glass to be higher.*
0908
90% of people say glass is
the healthiest packaging.* But
health is only one of a number
of reasons to choose glass. It’s
recyclable, reusable, preserves
taste and its contents for longer,
and it has a sense of style and
class that no other packaging
brings to the table.
* April 2011 Omnibus survey of 1 000 consumers in the continental U.S.
Happy and successful cooking doesn’t rely only on know-how; it comes from the heart, makes great demands on the palate and needs enthusiasm and a deep love of food to bring it to life.”
Choose Pure.
Choose Great Taste.
Choose Glass!
Attractively practical,
consistent in form and
limitless in function,
glass is as reliable
as it is versatile

In the words of Mary Lou Cook, creativity is inventing, experimenting,
growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun. The
same should apply when cooking, creating, serving or storing in glass!
Georges Blanc
You can literally see the freshness of your food.
Because glass containers don’t mix or
react with their contents, even when
heated, your food will be protected from
contamination, leaving the choice of what
you eat and drink entirely up to you.
Raise a glass to health … clink clink!

Choose to savour the sweetness of life with glass at your side
“The two biggest sellers in bookstores are the cookbooks and the diet books. The cookbooks tell you how to prepare the food and the diet books tell you how not to eat any of it.”

With so many things to consider
when choosing packaging, you
can relax in the knowledge that
glass packaging will not only
help keep you healthy, but will
also keep your food and drinks
tasting delicious. Good for your
well-being. Good for you!
