TORONTO PUBLIC LIBRARY WILL BE recognized as a leader

children with solid foundations to support them and their families

as they grow and develop independence and cognitive and social

skills. TPL will support the transitions from early childhood through

middle childhood and into the teenage yearsmiddle childhood and into the teenage years.
