Issue:JobgapAim:onlineplatformtoconnectolderpeopleandcompaniesOffer:headhunterservicefor(re)discoveringelderlytalentsandacoachingservicefortheelderly(re)enteringthemarketBeneVits:economicalgains,expectedincreaseofcon9idenceandrespectforseniors.

Thebalancebetweenachangingagepro9ileanditsconsequentlyemergentdemandscreatedesignopportunities;Theuniversityactsasadrivingforceforsocialinnovation,enablingstudentstodesignproducts,servicesandpoliciesthatcontributetopromoteactiveaging;TheGoldenAgeserviceexpandsaccessofolderworkerstosigni9icantprofessionaloccupations.

Maturijobsreinforcesthepossibilityofengagingsociety,companiesandthegovernmenttoanewsocietalpatternwhereseniorscanstillactivelycollaborate;GoldenAgeandMaturijobsdemonstratedthatdemandsforinnovativeservicesmodelsexist;Bothservicespromotesocialinnovation,becausetheyfacilitatenewconnectionsamongactors,basedontheirqualitiesassocialresources,creatingsolutionstothesocialchallengeofanagingsociety.
