One week follow up with return of symptoms

Step 2: Scale from 0-10 severity (10 is most severe)

Karate Chop point with “Setup Phrase”

Trigger: “Even though I have (this problem/symptom)”…..

Counter Trigger: …“I love and accept myself fully” OR …“I choose to embrace my life now”

Tap on general points using “Trigger Phrase”

How To Do It

Step 4: Recheck

0-10 Scale; better/worse/same

“What came up for you during the tapping?”

Note other thoughts, emotions, ideas or experiences

Step 5: Tap on next MPI

Step 6: “Affirmative Tapping” (Optional)
