FORMAT TEXT USING PROVIDED TEMPLATE TEXT STYLES
There are various text styles established for C&W in the PPT templates that
coordinate with the Word templates. Use the indent button to push text to the next
style level up, or down
• Click into the text box and position cursor at the end of the FIRST LEVEL line of
text > Click Enter > Type: Styles Test
• Verify the new text style is the same as line above
• Highlight the new text, from the Home tab > Paragraph toolbar > click on the
Increase Indent button
• Verify the text has now transitioned to the SECOND LEVEL style
• Continue to increase and decrease indent to see the change in style levels
• All items that are in ALL CAPS must remain that way.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
CORE BRANDED ELEMENTS
• Do not modify the color or placement of the following branded elements: red curve
with white text, horizontal blue bar, C&W logo, and standard footer information.
• In some cases, you may need to re-apply master /layout if changes are not showing
that you have done. Do this by right clicking on slide thumbnail and select the
appropriate layout.
SELECT SLIDE LAYOUTS BASED ON THE CONTENT YOU NEED TO
INSERT
• Click on any page in the Slide Preview > Right-click > New Slide > Right-click
on the new slide created > Layout > Select desired layout from Master Page
options. See sample pages throughout this document
RED CURVE AREA
• ADDRESS LINE 1 – This can be either the physical address of the building or a
building name
• ADDRESS LINE 2 – This should be the second line of the address (City, State)
• PROPERTY TYPE – Insert property type (Office, Industrial, Flex, Retail) for sale or
lease
• SF – Insert available SF
• Blue Bar can include any key callout (i.e. – AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY, SUPERB
LOCATION, etc.)
PHOTOS
• To modify the main photos, simply delete any photo that might be in the placeholder.
• Click the Insert Picture Icon to add a photo or map. (JPG, PNG, GIF)
• The photo will automatically resize to fit the space.
• Do not add outlines on any photos or graphics.
• Do not stretch photos/images, but crop if needed.
• NOTE: for best results adjust the sizing of your photo/image ahead of time in a photo
editing program to get it close to the size of the placeholder box
